ERP IMPLEMENTATION

If you are implementing an ERP system for the first time, your biggest challenge is to get the data for the various masters – Item, Customer, and Supplier masters and, if you are into manufacturing, Bills of Material.

Getting all this data into an ERP system would be quite challenging. But starting with a bare-bones implementation of an ERP is also risky.
